A family owned and operated business, Whonnock’s owners are brothers and best friends. They never sub-contract any of their work. In fact, Clayton and Abraham Gagnon have personally hired all 18 of their employees. This includes foremen who have been with Whonnock for 10 to 18 years with many employees of 5+ years or more.

Whonnock owns all equipment used on your job, including small dump trucks and dumping trailers. The Whonnock family business also supports Maple Ridge’s own Timberline Ranch by donating the whole roofing project, including labour, warranty and material, back in 2008. We also support the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation, Ridge Meadow Minor Hockey League and the Ridge Meadow Minor Lacrosse League.

We are also now a 3rd generation company! Our oldest sons, pictured below, are now working towards their Red Seal qualifications and are working full time for the roofing company started by their Grandfather and Grandmother in 1978.
That equals 44 years of roofing experience and an ongoing tradition of working for clients’ satisfaction.
